Shrock Brothers was founded in 1985 by David Leslie Shrock and Thomas Leo Shrock Jr at their body shop at 3999 Tyrone Pike in Coalport, Pennsylvania. What began as a shared passion for Studebaker automobiles grew into a respected business known throughout the collector community.

The brothers specialized in:

  • Pewter miniatures — Handcrafted scale models of Studebaker cars and trucks in 1:43, 1:55, 1:72, and HO scales
  • Reproduction parts — Authentic replacement parts for Studebaker vehicles
  • Steering wheel remanufacturing — Expert restoration of original Studebaker steering wheels

Their work was featured in numerous publications including Toy Cars & Models, Hemmings Classic Cars, Turning Wheels, and many others. They were regular exhibitors at Studebaker meets and car shows throughout the region.

The business officially closed in 2021. David passed away in December 2022 at age 82, and Thomas passed away in August 2025 at age 89.
